Elizabeth Mashakas is the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at BlueHalo and has served in a leadership capacity within world-class organizations in a variety of industries to include defense technology, private equity, aerospace, professional services, not for profit and telecommunications. Her 30+ years of Talent Acquisition and Human Capital experience integrates a strategic, values-oriented, and servant leader style approach which lends to the successful development of infrastructures that support unprecedented growth, profitability, and critical business objectives. These accomplishments have earned her consistent recognition for her exceptional work to include several CEO awards, named Talent Acquisition Leader of Distinction from HRO Today, and honored by the Human Resources Leadership Award (HRLA) for Strategic Alignment.
Passionate about developing and helping drive more women into leadership roles, Elizabeth is a member of Women in Aerospace, the National Association of Professional Women, Women in Technology, and is proud of being a founding member of the Chief DC chapter.
