Norm Eng is the Vice President Industry Strategy at Siemens Government Technologies supporting the DoD and the US Aerospace and Defense Industry. In this role, Norm engages with US A&D customers to guide continuing Siemens Xcelerator development and to deploy digital capability successfully to unlock the value of digital threads.
Norm retired after 35 years with Northrop Grumman. In his last role, Norm was the Vice President of Engineering at Palmdale, CA, Oklahoma City, OK, and El Segundo, CA for the Aeronautics Sector. Prior to that role, Norm was the Global Products Vice President and led the development of common products for aircraft and spacecraft as well as led the Model Based Engineering initiatives for the company.
Norm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from CW Post – Long Island University, and a Masters of Systems Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
