Brendan Waters is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Reston, Virginia & Washington, DC office. He leads KF’s Government Services & Technology Practice and co-leads the Aerospace & Defense practice.
Brendan specializes in providing talent solutions for clients across the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services markets. He specializes in C- suite, President / General Management, CGO, and Board level searches for publicly traded, private- equity backed, & privately held organizations. His clients include several of the large A&D primes & tier 1 suppliers, government systems integrators, and public sector technology firms.
Since joining Korn Ferry a decade ago, Brendan has led hundreds of executive searches in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services space, in addition to numerous assessment and succession projects during his tenure across the broader Industrial Manufacturing sector. Brendan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Virginia Tech.
