As Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development for Northrop Grumman Corporation, David Jacobs is responsible for coordinating companywide strategy development activities including strategic planning, market and competitive assessments, M and A, growth and venture investments, and cross-sector initiatives. David has over 15 years of experience in the A and D industry developing corporate and business-level strategies, and leading merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. Prior to joining industry, David spent a decade at Merrill Lynch and Co. where he successfully closed over 30 M and A and capital market transactions for corporate clients in Europe and North America. David earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics and finance from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
